Ship all nine crates by making horizontal or vertical trios of one letter. Choose a lift size 1, 2 or 3, then tap a shaft to lift that many TOP crates as one segment. Tap a destination to release: the first held symbol lands lowest. Reverse the held segment to preserve or invert its order deliberately. Empty shafts are useful buffers. Each release spends one of 12 transfers; overflow or running out loses.
